The C4 Fabrication Tundra Overland Series Front Bumper for the 3rd Gen 2022+ is a rugged, purpose-built upgrade designed for serious off-road use. It preserves essential safety tech while expanding protection and capability for lights and recovery gear.

Construction and Durability

Built from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" mounting plates and a 1/4" winch plate, this bumper delivers steadfast strength where it matters most. It features 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs fully welded to the front and back, and bull bar tubing in.120" wall with 1 3/4" and 1 1/2" diameter HREW tubing. The assembly is designed to handle demanding off-road conditions while providing reliable mounting geometry for accessories.

• Weight variants: 160lbs (no bar), 168lbs (low bull bar), 174lbs (mid height with gussets), 182lbs (full bull bar with headlight hoops).
• Light cutouts are a standard feature and cannot be removed.
• Includes a front skid plate that replaces the factory plastic skid plate.
• Holes to reattach factory fender liners are provided for clean restoration of factory details.

Lighting, Fog Lights, and Winch Compatibility

• Designed to fit a 40" single-row Baja Designs S8 light bar.
• Supports one pair of Baja Designs Squadron fog lights; OE fog lights cannot be reused.
• LP9 light compatibility: fits on all options except the low bar, but the bumper will not come pre-drilled for LP9 mounting.
• Winch compatibility: fits most 8k–12k winches; verified to fit WARN VR and ZEON 10k/12k series; does not fit Smitty XRC 12k.
• Recommends synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead for best fitment; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead plate.

Safety Sense and Sensor Compatibility

This bumper is designed to retain full functionality of Toyota Safety Sense (TSS), park sensors, and the front-mounted camera. All bull bar options are compatible with TSS. Low-Height and Mid-Height bull bars will be visible in the front-mounted camera yet do not completely block the camera view. A recalibration of the TSS system may be required after installing the aftermarket bumper, particularly if sensors are moved into the bumper assembly. Some customers have reported TSS prompts after sensor relocation. For optimal sensor performance, ensure sensors are oriented correctly per the install video, and consider leveling the vehicle to position sensors in their ideal orientation; excessive forward rake can increase sensor sensitivity or intermittently trigger alarms.

Installation and Fitment Notes

• Installing this bumper requires cutting the plastic bumper panels under the headlight on each side and trimming the end of the fender flares.
• The installation video provides very detailed, step-by-step instructions to guide the process.
• The bumper includes mounting points and hardware aligned with factory provisions, and its design accommodates the factory fender liners through dedicated holes.

Finish and Maintenance

Unless you choose the powder-coated option, the bumper will require painting or powder coating prior to installation to prevent rust, ensuring long-term durability in harsh environments.

What’s Included and Finish Options

In addition to the bumper itself, you’ll receive a front skid plate that replaces the factory plastic skid plate, along with the necessary mounting provisions to maintain compatibility with factory hardware and fender liners. Finish options include a powder-coated option; otherwise, plan for painting or powder coating to protect against corrosion.
