Return Policy – Auto Expedition

Auto Expedition offers a 30-day return/exchange policy on uninstalled, unopened items returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the product price paid, excluding shipping charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on our website.

  • Custom or made-to-order products.

  • Production or special-order items.

  • Gift cards.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • Opened, tampered, or damaged packaging will not be accepted for return.

  • Returns attempted after 30 days will be refused.

If a returned product shows signs of wear, installation, or damage, Auto Expedition reserves the right to either:

  • Charge up to a 30% restocking fee, OR

  • Deny the return entirely and ship the product back to you at your expense.

We recommend using a trackable, insured carrier for all returns, as Auto Expedition is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Processing & Refunds

Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving the product. Refunds can take 4–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution. PayPal refunds typically appear immediately.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, contact us at info@autoexpedition.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). RMA requests typically take 2–3 business days to process. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
