Agreement between User and AutoExpedition.com

Welcome to AutoExpedition.com. The AutoExpedition.com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Auto Expedition LLC (“Auto Expedition”). AutoExpedition.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of AutoExpedition.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy for your reference.

AutoExpedition.com is an E-Commerce Site

AutoExpedition.com sells aftermarket automotive parts and accessories for trucks, SUVs, Jeeps, and off-road/overland vehicles.

International Users

The Service is controlled, operated, and administered by Auto Expedition from offices within the USA. If you access the Service from outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Auto Expedition, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties from any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or services, your violation of any terms of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or concerning these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar service chosen by the parties. The arbitrator’s award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

Any arbitration will be on an individual basis; class arbitrations, class actions, and representative actions are not permitted.

Liability Disclaimer

The information, products, and services on the Site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically made to the Site. Auto Expedition and/or its suppliers may make improvements or changes at any time. All such information and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Expedition shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the Site.

Termination / Access Restriction

Auto Expedition reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Ohio for all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.

Entire Agreement

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Auto Expedition with respect to the Site and supersedes all prior communications and proposals.

Changes to Terms

Auto Expedition reserves the right to change the Terms under which AutoExpedition.com is offered. The most current version will supersede all previous versions.
