The C4 Fabrication Tundra Overland Series Front Bumper is built for the 3rd Gen Toyota Tundra (2022+), delivering rugged, expedition-ready protection without sacrificing essential vehicle sensors. It preserves the full functionality of Toyota Safety Sense (TSS), park sensors, and the front-mounted camera, making it a capable upgrade for those who demand obstacle protection without compromising safety technology.

Key Features

• Retains full TSS functionality, park sensors, and front camera—with compatible options available for all bull bars.
• Low-Height and Mid-Height bull bars remain visible in the front camera frame but do not obstruct the full camera view.
• TSS recalibration may be required after installing the aftermarket bumper; orientation of the parking sensors must follow the install video to avoid malfunctions.
• Designed to fit a 40" single-row light bar (specifically Baja Designs S8); light cutouts are standard and cannot be removed.
• One pair of Baja Designs Squadron fog lights can be mounted; OE fog lights cannot be reused; LP9s fit on all options except the low bar (not pre-drilled).
• Requires modification to the vehicle for installation: plastic bumper panels under the headlights must be cut on each side and the end of the fender flares trimmed.
• Front skid plate included, replacing the factory plastic skid plate.
• Includes holes to reattach factory fender liners.
• Powder coating option available; otherwise, painting or coating is needed to prevent rust.

Construction & Durability

• Fabricated from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" thick mounting plates and a 1/4" thick winch plate for added rigidity.
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs are standard and fully welded on both front and back for reliable recovery points.
• Bull bar tubing uses.120" wall thickness with 1 3/4" and 1 1/2" diameter HREW tubing for enduring off-road strength.
• Weight varies by configuration: 160 lbs (no bar) to 182 lbs (full bull bar with headlight hoops).

Winch, Lights & Fitting

• Fits most winches rated 8k–12k; verified compatibility includes WARN VR and ZEON 10k/12k series; does not fit Smitty XRC 12k.
• For best results, use synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate.
• Light bar-specific design: accommodates a 40" Baja Designs S8 single-row light bar; additional fog lights configured through the designated mounting points.

Installation & Fitment Notes

• Installation video provides detailed, step-by-step instructions to ease the installation process.
• Vehicle must sit level to position sensors optimally; excessive forward rake can cause more sensitive or intermittent sensor triggering.
• Modifications required: cut plastic bumper panels under the headlights and trim the ends of the fender flares on both sides.

Finish & Warranty Considerations

• Unless selecting the powder-coated option, the bumper will require painting or coating to prevent rust.
