C4 Fabrication Tundra Overland Series Front Bumper / 3rd Gen / 2022+

The C4 Fabrication Tundra Overland Series Front Bumper is a rugged, purpose-built upgrade for 3rd Gen Toyota platforms (2022+). It preserves Toyota Safety Sense, park sensors, and the front-mounted camera while delivering serious off-road protection and accessory mounting capability for overlanders.

Safety System Compatibility

Retains full functionality of the Toyota Safety Sense system, park sensors, and front-mounted camera. All bull bar options are compatible with TSS. Low-Height and Mid-Height bull bars remain visible in the front camera view, but they do not block the full camera view.

Sensor and Calibration Considerations

• TSS recalibration may be required after installing the aftermarket bumper. Some customers have reported TSS re-calibration requests when sensors are moved into the bumper.
• Parking sensors must be oriented correctly per the install video to avoid malfunction. For optimal sensor performance, ensure the vehicle sits level for ideal sensor positioning; excessive forward rake can increase sensor sensitivity.

Lighting, Cutouts, and Fog Light Compatibility

• Designed to fit a 40″ single-row light bar (specifically designed for Baja Designs S8 light bar).
• Light cutouts are a standard feature and cannot be removed.
• Designed to fit one pair of Baja Designs Squadron fog lights; OE fog lights cannot be reused.
• LP9s will fit on all options except the low bar, which will not come pre-drilled.

Installation and Fitment Notes

• Requires cutting the plastic bumper panels under the headlights on each side and trimming the end of the fender flares to install.
• Installation video provides detailed, step-by-step guidance.
• Bumper has holes to reattach factory fender liners and includes a front skid plate that replaces the factory plastic skid plate.

Construction and Weight

• Made from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" thick mounting plates and 1/4" thick winch plate.
• Bull bar tubing is 0.120" wall with 1 3/4" and 1 1/2" diameter HREW tubing.
• Weight ranges from 160 lbs (no bar) to 182 lbs (full bull bar with headlight hoops), depending on configuration.
• Includes 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs, fully welded at the front and back.

Winch Compatibility

• Fits most 8k–12k winches. Verified fits include WARN VR and ZEON series 10k–12k; does not fit Smitty XRC 12k.
• Recommendation: use synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead for best fit and function. Some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate.

Finish and Rust Prevention

Unless you choose the powder-coated option, the bumper will need to be painted or powder coated prior to installation to prevent rust.
