C4 Fabrication Tundra Overland Series Front Bumper / 2nd Gen / 2014-2021

The C4 Fabrication Tundra Overland Series Front Bumper is engineered for the 2nd Gen Tundra (2014–2021). It enhances approach angles, increases clearance, and provides room for larger tires—making it a capable foundation for overland adventures and rugged trail use.

Rugged Construction for Off-Road Readiness

• 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel main bumper with 1/4" thick mounting plates and winch plate
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs, fully welded front and back
• Bull bar tubing is.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW
• Full-height bull bar design works with TSS in TRD Pro grilles only; mid-height bull bar works with TSS on all models
• Designed to fit most 8k–12k winches; relocation of the electrical control box is recommended
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit
• Recessed fairlead mounting plate accepts hawse-style fairleads; some roller fairleads may be too large
• Works with TRD Pro skid plate and aftermarket skid plates
• Includes holes for parking sensors
• Specifically designed to fit 30" single-row light bars (Baja Designs S8); also compatible with Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series

Lighting, Sensors, and Accessories

• Optimized for a 30" single-row light bar to maximize forward illumination without obstructing sensors
• Parking sensor compatibility ensured through dedicated mounting holes
• For best winch integration, use synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead; note that some roller fairleads may not fit the recessed fairlead plate

Finish, Installation, and Maintenance

• A powder-coated finish option is available; if you do not choose powder coating, the bumper must be painted or coated to prevent rust
• Some installations may require trimming or adjustment when pairing with certain grilles or grille supports
• Designed for straightforward bolt-in installation with detailed fitment considerations for TSS and TRD Pro components
