Designed for the 2nd Gen Toyota Tundra (2014–2021), the C4 Fabrication Tundra Overland Series Front Bumper offers improved approach angles and room for larger tires, delivering rugged, off-road-ready protection. Built from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with a 1/4" mounting plate and winch plate, it’s engineered for strength and long-term durability on demanding trails. 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs are fully welded front and back, and the bull bar uses.120 wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing.

Key Construction Details

• 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel construction with a 1/4" mounting plate and dedicated winch plate
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs, fully welded at both faces for maximum towing strength
• .120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW bull bar tubing for rugged impact resistance
• Full-height bull bar compatibility with TSS in TRD Pro grilles; will block TSS sensor on regular grilles
• Mid-height bull bar designed to work with TSS on all model grilles
• Designed to fit most 8k–12k winches; relocation of the electrical control box is recommended
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets for fitment
• Compatible winches (examples): ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, VR series
• Recommended to use synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead for best fit and function
• Some roller fairleads may be too large for the bumper’s recessed fairlead mounting plate
• Works with TRD Pro skid plate and aftermarket skid plates

• 30" single-row light bar compatibility (specifically designed for Baja Designs S8)
