Introducing the C4 Fabrication Tundra Overland Series Front Bumper for the 2nd Gen Toyota Tundra (2014–2021). Built for overlanders and off-road enthusiasts, it increases tire clearance and approach angles while providing a robust platform for winching and lighting—designed to endure rugged terrain without compromising standard vehicle functions.

Rugged, purpose-built construction

3/16" laser-cut P&O steel bumper shell with 1/4" thick mounting plates and a dedicated winch plate.
3/4" thick D‑Ring tabs, fully welded front and back for reliable recovery points.
.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW bull bar tubing for durable, trusted protection.

Winch compatibility and mounting

Fits most 8k–12k winches; recommends winches capable of relocating the electrical control box for best fitment.
Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit.
Common fit examples include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series; synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead is recommended for optimal performance.
Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.

Fitment with TRD Pro and sensors

Full-height bull bar works with TSS in TRD Pro grilles only; on regular grilles, it will block the TSS sensor.
Mid-height bull bar works with TSS on all models.
Includes holes for parking sensors to maintain compatibility with factory sensing features.

Lighting and accessory compatibility

Designed to accommodate 30" single-row light bars, with specific design consideration for Baja Designs S8 light bar.
Also compatible with Extreme LED 30" 5D light bars and RIGID 30" SR series.

Skid plates and protection

Works with TRD Pro skid plates and aftermarket skid plates for integrated protection and mounting flexibility.

Finish and installation notes

Unless you choose the powder-coated option, the bumper will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.
