C4 Fabrication Tundra Overland Series Front Bumper / 2nd Gen / 2007-2013

Introducing the C4 Fabrication Tundra Overland Series Front Bumper for 2nd Gen Tundra pickups (2007–2013). Built to enhance off-road capability, it adds clearance for better approach angles and makes room for larger tires, all while delivering a robust, winch-ready mounting platform.

Rugged Construction & Fit

• 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel body with 3/8" thick mounting plates and 1/4" thick winch plate
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs, standard on every bumper and fully welded front and back
• .120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW bull bar tubing
• Designed to increase clearance and improve approach angles for larger tires

Winch Compatibility & Electrical

• Fits most winches in the 8k–12k range
• Relocation of the electrical control box is recommended for some installations; integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit
• Common compatible options include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series
• For best results, use a synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead
• Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper

Lighting, Sensors & Skid Plates

• Comes with holes for parking sensors
• Designed to fit 30" single-row light bars (specifically Baja Designs S8)
• Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series will also fit
• Bumper is pre-drilled for a pair of LP9 or LP6 lights to mount on top in front of the grille
• The LP9 lights will work with either the full-height bull bar or without a bull bar
• Works with TRD Pro skid plate and aftermarket skid plates

Weight, Finish & Installation Notes

• Weighs 165 lbs without the bull bar and 180 lbs with the full-height bull bar
• Unless you choose the powder-coated option, the bumper will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust
