The C4 Fabrication Tundra Overland Series Front Bumper for 2nd Gen Tundra (2007–2013) is built for serious off-road adventures. It delivers added clearance for improved approach angles and makes room for larger tires, all while providing robust, bolt-on protection that doesn’t compromise capability.

Key Build and Materials

• 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel construction for enduring durability
• 3/8" thick mounting plates and 1/4" thick winch plate for solid mounting
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs, fully welded front and back
• Bull bar tubing:.120 wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing

Winch Compatibility and Electrical

• Fits most winches in the 8k–12k lift range
• Recommended to relocate the electrical control box on compatible winches
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit
• Common compatible models include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series
• For best performance, use synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead
• Note: Some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate

Lighting, Sensors, and Bar Options

• Pre-drilled holes to mount a pair of LP9 or LP6 lights on top of the bumper in front of the grille; LP9 lights work with the full-height bull bar or without
• Designed to accommodate a 30" single-row light bar (specifically Baja Designs S8)
• Also compatible with Extreme LED 30" 5D light bar and RIGID 30" SR series
• Includes holes for parking sensors for added awareness
