Designed for the 2nd Gen Toyota Tundra (2007–2013), the C4 Fabrication Tundra Overland Series Front Bumper delivers rugged front-end protection with expedition-ready versatility. It increases clearance for improved approach angles and makes it easier to fit larger tires, while offering versatile mounting options for lighting and winching gear. Rugged, purpose-built construction

• 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel body
• 3/8" thick mounting plates
• 1/4" thick winch plate
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs, fully welded front and back
• Bull bar tubing is.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW

Winch compatibility and electrical setup

• Fits most winches 8k–12k
• Relocating the electrical control box is recommended for some setups
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit
• Common compatible winches include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series
• Use winches with synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead for best fitment and function
• Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper

Skid plates, sensors, and mounting options

• Works with TRD Pro skid plate and aftermarket skid plates
• Comes with holes for parking sensors

Lighting and top-mumper mounting options

• Designed to fit 30" single-row light bars (specifically designed for Baja Designs S8)
• Extreme LED 30" 5D light bar and RIGID 30" SR series will also fit
• Pre-drilled for a pair of LP9 or LP6 lights to mount on top of the bumper in front of the grille
• LP9 lights will work with the full-height bull bar as well as with no bull bar

Finish, weight, and installation notes

• Weighs 165 lbs without the bull bar, 180 lbs with the full-height bull bar
• Unless you choose the powder-coated option, the bumper will need to be painted or powder coated prior to installation to prevent rust
