The C4 Fabrication Tundra Lo-Pro Winch Bumper is a rugged front-end upgrade designed for 3rd Gen / 2022+ Toyota applications. It preserves essential safety features while expanding lighting and winch capability for off-road reliability. Built for real-world use, it balances a streamlined profile with heavy-duty protection to meet both daily driving and trail demands.

Construction & Fit

• Fabricated from 3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4″ thick mounting plates for stiffness and durability.
• 3/4″ thick D-Ring tabs standard on every bumper and fully welded front and back for secure recovery points.
• Weighs 73 lb, delivering substantial protection without excessive weight.
• Cuts required: Center portion of the factory bumper cover must be removed to install the bumper.

Lighting & Winch Integration

• Designed to fit a pair of Baja Designs S2 lights for versatile forward illumination.
• Includes provisions to mount a 20" Baja Designs S8 light bar on the top of the bumper, positioned to sit within the lower grille opening.
• Fits most 8–12k winches, with recommended use of synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead for optimal fit and function.
• Caution: Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.

Finish, Care & Installation Notes

• Unless you choose our powder-coated option, the bumper will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.
