Overview

The C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Series Front Bumper for the 3rd Gen Toyota Tundra (2022+) delivers rugged, off-road-ready protection while preserving essential safety features. Designed for overlanders and serious off-road enthusiasts, it combines heavy-duty construction with thoughtful integration for Toyota Safety Sense, park sensors, and the front camera.

Safety System Compatibility

• Retains full functionality of Toyota Safety Sense (TSS), park sensors, and the front-mounted camera. All bull bar options are compatible with TSS.
• Low-Height and Mid-Height bull bars will be visible in the front-mounted camera, but will not block the full camera view.
• TSS recalibration may be required after installing the aftermarket bumper, especially if sensors are moved from their original location. Some customers report TSS requests for recalibration after sensor relocation.
• Note: parking sensors must be oriented correctly per the install video to prevent malfunctions. For optimal sensor performance, ensure the truck sits level during installation.

Light Bar, Fog Lights & Fitment

• Designed to accommodate a 40" single-row light bar (specifically designed for Baja Designs S8). Light cutouts are a standard feature and cannot be removed.
• Built to fit two pairs of Baja Designs Squadron fog lights; OE fog lights cannot be reused.
• LP9s will fit on all options except the low bar, but the bumper will not come pre-drilled for them.

Installation Notes

• The bumper will require cutting the plastic bumper panels under the headlight on each side and trimming the end of the fender flares to install.
• Includes holes to reattach factory fender liners and comes with a front skid plate that replaces the factory plastic skid plate.
• An installation video is provided with detailed, step-by-step instructions to assist the build process.

Construction, Hardware & Finish

• Made from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" thick mounting plates and a 1/4" thick winch plate.
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs are standard on every bumper and are fully welded on both front and back.
• Bull bar tubing is.120" wall with 1 3/4" and 1 1/2" diameter HREW tubing.
• Weights: 160 lbs (no bar), 168 lbs (low bull bar), 174 lbs (mid height with gussets).
• Powder-coated finish is available; otherwise, the bumper must be painted or powder coated prior to installation to prevent rust.

Winch, Accessories & Fitment

• Fits most winches 8,000–12,000 lbs; does not fit Smitty XRC 12k winch.
• Recommend using synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead for best fitment; some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.
