C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Series Front Bumper / 3rd Gen / 2022+

Introducing the C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Series Front Bumper for the 3rd Gen Toyota Tundra (2022+). Built for off-road enthusiasts who demand rugged protection without compromising safety systems, this bumper blends heavy-duty steel with precise sensor integration to preserve Toyota Safety Sense, parking sensors, and the front camera while enabling bold lighting setups.

Safety system compatibility

• Retains full functionality of Toyota Safety Sense (TSS), park sensors, and front-mounted camera. All bull bar options are compatible with TSS.
• Low-Height and Mid-Height bull bars will be visible in the front-mounted camera but will not block the full camera view.
• TSS recalibration may be required after installing the aftermarket bumper; some customers have reported TSS recalibration requests after relocating sensors to the bumper.
• Parking sensors must be oriented correctly per the install video to avoid malfunction; C4 recommends your truck sit level for optimal sensor positioning. Excessive forward rake can increase sensor sensitivity.

Lighting and fog-light compatibility

• Designed to fit a 40" single-row Baja Designs S8 light bar (light cutouts are standard and cannot be removed).
• Designed to fit two pairs of Baja Designs Squadron fog lights; OE fog lights cannot be reused.
• LP9s will fit on all options except the low bar; the bumper will not come pre-drilled for LP9s.

Construction, fitment, and installation

• 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" mounting plates and a 1/4" thick winch plate.
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs standard on every bumper, fully welded front and back.
• Bull bar tubing is 1.75" (1 3/4") with.120" wall and 1.5" diameter HREW tubing.
• Fits most winches from 8k–12k capacity; does not fit Smitty XRC 12k.
• Recommended to use synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead for best fitment; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate.
• Weighs 160 lbs (no bar), 168 lbs (low bull bar), 174 lbs (mid-height with gussets).
• Requires cutting the plastic bumper panels under the headlights on each side and trimming the end of the fender flares to install.
• Includes a front skid plate that replaces the factory plastic skid plate.
• Has holes to reattach factory fender liners.
• Prepped for finish: unless you choose the powder-coated option, you will need to paint or powder coat before installation to prevent rust.
