Introduction

The C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Series Front Bumper is built for the serious off-roader who demands maximum protection without sacrificing modern safety tech. Designed for the 3rd Gen Toyota Tundra (2022+), it preserves Toyota Safety Sense features while expanding lighting, winching, and recovery capabilities for demanding journeys.

• Retains full functionality of Toyota Safety Sense, park sensors, and the front-mounted camera (all bull bar options are compatible with TSS).
• Note: TSS recalibration may be required after installing the aftermarket bumper; proper sensor orientation and vehicle level are important for optimal performance.

Construction, Durability & Weight

• Fabricated from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" thick mounting plates and 1/4" thick winch plate for rugged, lasting protection.
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs are standard and fully welded on both front and back for reliable recovery points.
• Bull bar tubing is.120" wall with 1 3/4" and 1 1/2" diameter HREW tubing for enhanced rigidity and approach protection.
• Weight is 160 lbs (no bar), 168 lbs (low bull bar), and 174 lbs (mid height with gussets).

Lighting, Cutouts & Fitment

• Designed to accommodate a 40" single-row light bar, specifically sized for Baja Designs S8 light bar compatibility.
• Light cutouts are a standard feature and cannot be removed.
• Designed to fit two pairs of Baja Designs Squadron fog lights; OE fog lights cannot be reused.
• LP9 compatibility: will fit LP9s on all options except the low bar, and the LP9s will not arrive pre-drilled.

Compatibility with Winches

• Fits most winches in the 8k–12k range; does not fit Smitty XRC 12k winches.
• Recommends synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead for best fit and functionality; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate.

Installation Notes

• Installation involves cutting the plastic bumper panels under the headlights on each side and trimming the end of the Fender flares to install.
• Bumper has holes to reattach factory fender liners and includes a front skid plate to replace the factory plastic skid plate.
• An installation video is provided with detailed, step-by-step instructions.
• To ensure sensor reliability, position the vehicle level during installation and orient parking sensors correctly per the video.

Finish, Maintenance & Optional Coating

• If you don’t choose the powder-coated option, the bumper will require painting or powder coating before installation to prevent rust.
