Safety, sensors, and camera compatibility

• Retains full functionality of Toyota Safety Sense (TSS), including park sensors and the front-mounted camera. All bull bar options are compatible with TSS.
• Low-Height and Mid-Height bull bars are visible in the front-mounted camera but will not completely block the camera view.
• TSS recalibration may be required after installation, particularly if sensors are moved from their original location. Some customers have reported recalibration prompts after sensor relocation.
• Parking sensors must be oriented correctly per the install video to avoid malfunction; ensure your truck sits level for optimal sensor positioning and operation.

Lighting, cutouts, and mounting versatility

• Designed to fit a 40" single-row light bar (specifically tuned for Baja Designs S8). Light cutouts are a standard feature and cannot be removed.
• Accommodates two pairs of Baja Designs Squadron fog lights; OE fog lights cannot be reused.
• LP9s will fit on all options except the low bar; the bumper is not pre-drilled for these lights.
• Some installation steps require trimming: plastic bumper panels under the headlights on each side and trimming the end of the fender flares.
• Includes holes to reattach factory fender liners and comes with a front skid plate that replaces the factory plastic skid plate.

• Weight: 160 lbs (no bar), 168 lbs (low bull bar), 174 lbs (mid-height with gussets).
• Designed to fit most winches rated 8k–12k lbs; does not fit Smitty XRC 12k winch.
• Recommends synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead for best fit; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead plate.
• To prevent rust, a powder-coated option is available; if not selected, painting or powder coating prior to installation is required.
