The C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Series Front Bumper for the 3rd Gen Toyota Tundra (2022+) delivers serious front-end protection without compromising advanced safety features. Built for off-road enthusiasts who demand rugged durability, integrated lighting options, and a precise, drilling-minimal fit, this bumper keeps Toyota Safety Sense, park sensors, and the front camera fully functional.
Preserves safety tech and sensor functionality
- Retains full functionality of Toyota Safety Sense, park sensors, and front-mounted camera. All bull bar options are compatible with TSS.
- Note: parking sensors must be oriented correctly per the install video to avoid malfunctioning.
- TSS recalibration may be required after installing the aftermarket bumper. Some vehicles report a recalibration request after sensors are moved to the new bumper location.
- For optimal sensor performance, ensure the truck sits level; excessive forward rake can make sensors more sensitive.
Lighting, winch, and accessory compatibility
- Designed to accommodate a 40" single-row Baja Designs S8 light bar (light cutouts are standard and cannot be removed).
- Fits two pairs of Baja Designs Squadron fog lights; OE fog lights cannot be reused.
- LP9s are compatible on all options except the low bar; low-bar option is not pre-drilled for LP9 mounting.
- Winch compatibility spans most 8k–12k winches; some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead plate. Synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead are recommended for best fitment.
- Not compatible with Smitty XRC 12k winches.
Construction and durability
- Made from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" thick mounting plates and a 1/4" thick winch plate for solid support.
- 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs are standard and fully welded on the front and back for reliable recovery points.
- Bull bar tubing is.120" wall with 1 3/4" and 1 1/2" diameter HREW tubing for robust protection.
- Includes a front skid plate that replaces the factory plastic skid plate for integrated protection and approach angle improvement.
Fitment, installation notes, and ease of use
- Specifically designed to fit 3rd Gen Toyota Tundra (2022+) with compatible mounting geometry.
- Requires cutting the plastic bumper panels under the headlight on each side and trimming the end of the fender flares to install.
- Bumper has holes to reattach factory fender liners for a clean, OEM-like finish.
- Installation video is detailed and step-by-step to guide the process.
- Weights vary by configuration: 160 lbs (no bull bar), 168 lbs (low bull bar), 174 lbs (mid-height with gussets).
Finish and maintenance
- Unless you choose the powder-coated option, the bumper will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.
