The C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper for 2014–2021 blends a plate-steel center with rounded tube sides to deliver a lighter, aggressive look while preserving winch capability, lighting versatility, and upgraded approach angles. Designed for off-road enthusiasts who want premium protection without sacrificing tire size or clearance, this bumper unlocks multiple lighting configurations and winch options for a truly personalized build.

Rugged construction and design

• Center section: 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 3/8" mounting plates and a 1/4" winch mounting plate.
• Tube portions:.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing for durability and a lighter aesthetic.
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs, fully welded front and back for secure recovery points.
• Designed to offer more clearance for improved approach angles and easier fitting of larger tires.

Winch, mounting and electrical considerations

• Supports most winches in the 8,000–12,000 lb range; relocation of the electrical control box is recommended.
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit.
• Common winches that fit include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon and VR series.
• For best fitment, use synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate.

Lighting, light bars and top-mount options

• Designed to accommodate a 30" single-row light bar (specifically compatible with Baja Designs S8). Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series will also fit.
• Pre-drilled for a pair of LP9 or LP6 lights to mount on top of the bumper in front of the grille. LP9s are compatible with the full-height bull bar or with no bull bar.

Compatibility with grilles, skids and sensors

• Full-height bull bar works with TSS in TRD Pro grilles only; will obstruct TSS sensor on regular GRILLEs.
• Mid-height bull bar works with TSS on all models.
• Works with TRD Pro skid and aftermarket skids.

Installation, fitment and finish

• Direct bolt-on application with no cutting or modifying required for standard installations.
• Weight: 150 lbs without bull bar, 165 lbs with full-height bull bar.
• If you’re not selecting the powder-coated option, the bumper must be painted or powder-coated to prevent rust.
