Round tube ends use.120" wall thickness with a 1 3/4" diameter HREW profile, delivering a lighter visual footprint without sacrificing structural integrity. Compatibility & Fitment

• Full-height bull bar is compatible with TSS in TRD Pro grilles only; on standard grilles it will block the TSS sensor

Lighting, Accessories & Visibility

Designed for versatility, the bumper accommodates a 30" single-row light bar and comes pre-drilled to mount LP9 or LP6 auxiliary lights in front of the grille. The LP9 lights are compatible with both full-height and no-bull-bar configurations. The setup also supports multiple fog-light arrangements within the tube area, allowing you to tailor lighting to your off-road needs.

Weight, Installation & Finish

Weight is 150 lbs without the bull bar and 165 lbs with the full-height bull bar. The bumper is a direct bolt-on application—no cutting or major fabrication required. If you don’t select the powder-coated option, you’ll need to paint or powder coat the bumper prior to installation to prevent rust.
