Materials, construction & finish

• Center portion crafted from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel; 3/8" thick mounting plates and 1/4" winch mounting plate for solid, vibration-resistant mounting.
• Tube portions are.120" wall 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing for impact resistance and a clean, rounded profile.
• Direct bolt-on design with no cutting or modifications required (excluding finish coating). Paint or powder coat required unless a powder-coated option is selected to prevent rust.

Winch, lighting & electrical compatibility

• Compatible with most winches in the 8,000–12,000 lb range; relocation of the electrical control box is recommended for some installations.
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit.
• Recommended winches include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series; synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead yield the best fit and performance. Some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate.
• Pre-drilled for LP9 or LP6 lights to mount on top of the bumper in front of the grille; LP9 lights are compatible with the full-height bull bar or no bull bar.
• Designed to accommodate a 30" single-row light bar (example: Baja Designs S8), with other 30" bars like Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series also fitting.

Compatibility, fitment & grille considerations

• Full-height bull bar is compatible with TSS in TRD Pro grilles only; on regular grilles, the bull bar will block the TSS sensor.
• Mid-height bull bar is compatible with TSS on all models.
• Compatible with TRD Pro skid plates and aftermarket skids.
• Note: This listing is for Tundras with standard width fenders. If you have fiberglass wide fenders, view a different listing.

Installation, weight & finish notes

• Direct bolt-on installation; no cutting or major modifications required when following the included guidelines.
• Weight: 150 lbs without the bull bar; 165 lbs with the full-height bull bar installed.
