The C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper for 2014-2021 2nd Gen Toyota Tundra blends a plate-steel center with round-tube sides to deliver a lighter look while unlocking winch, light bar, and fog-light versatility. It’s designed for off-road enthusiasts who want improved approach angles, tire clearance, and a rugged, integrated lighting setup without compromising bolt-on simplicity. This bumper is a direct upgrade for capable, adventure-ready Tundra builds.

Key design and construction

Center portion: 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 3/8" thick mounting plates and a 1/4" winch mounting plate
Tube sections:.120" wall, 1-3/4" diameter HREW tubing for a strong, lightweight side profile
Standard D-Ring tabs: 3/4" thick, fully welded front and back
Weight: 150 lbs without bull bar, 165 lbs with full-height bull bar
Direct bolt-on installation: no cutting or modification required (paint or powder coat before install if not already finished)
Compatibility with TRD Pro skid plates and aftermarket skids

Lighting and winch compatibility

Designed to mount a 30" single-row light bar (specifically compatible with Baja Designs S8); also fits Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series
Pre-drilled for a pair of LP9 or LP6 lights to mount on top of the bumper in front of the grille
Winch compatibility: fits most 8k–12k winches; relocation of the electrical control box is recommended for optimum fitment
Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit
Recommended accessories: synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead for best fitment; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead plate

We recommend using winches with synthetic rope and a hawse style fairlead for the best fitment and functionality. Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.
