C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper / 2nd Gen / 2014-2021

The C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper for 2014-2021 Toyota Tundra blends a plate-steel center with round tube sides to deliver a lighter, more capable front end. It’s built for truck owners who want winch capability, flexible lighting options, and improved approach angles while maintaining room for larger tires.

Construction & Materials

• Center portion: 3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel with 3/8″ mounting plates and a 1/4″ winch mounting plate
• Tube portions:.120″ wall, 1 3/4″ diameter HREW tubing
• 3/4″ thick D‑Ring tabs, fully welded to front and back
• Weight: 150 lbs without a bull bar; 165 lbs with a full-height bull bar
• Pre-drilled for a pair of LP9 or LP6 lights mounted on top of the bumper in front of the grille (LP9 works with or without the bull bar)

Fitment & Compatibility

• Direct bolt-on design with no cutting or modifications required
• Designed to fit standard-width Tundra fenders (note: fiberglass wide fenders require the alternate listing)
• Works with TRD Pro skid and aftermarket skids
• Mid-height bull bar is compatible with TSS on all models; full-height bull bar works with TSS only on TRD Pro grilles (will block TSS sensor on regular grilles)

Winch, Lighting & Electrical

• Supports most winches in the 8,000–12,000 lbs range; relocation of the electrical control box is recommended
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit

Installation & Maintenance

• Paint or powder coat recommended before installation to prevent rust unless you choose our powder-coated option

• Use synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead for best fitment and performance
• Be mindful that full-height bull bars will interact with TSS on TRD Pro grilles and may require additional fitment steps
