The 2014-2021 Tundra Hybrid bumper from C4 Fabrication blends a plate-steel center with round tube sides to deliver a lighter, trail-ready aesthetic without compromising strength. It’s engineered for Tundra owners who want winch capability, versatile lighting, and better clearance for larger tires — all in a direct bolt-on package.

Materials, construction, and mounting

Center portion: 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 3/8" mounting plates and a 1/4" winch mounting plate.
Tube portions:.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing.
Weight: 150 lbs without bull bar, 165 lbs with full-height bull bar.
3/4" D-ring tabs are standard and fully welded front and back for added rigidity.

Winch, lighting, and sensor considerations

Fits most 8k–12k winches; synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead is recommended for best fit and function.
Integrated control box winches may require grille support bracket trimming; relocation of the electrical control box is recommended for some models.
Mid-height bull bar works with TSS on all models; full-height bull bar works with TSS in TRD Pro grilles only and will block TSS sensor on regular grilles.
LP9 lights mounted on top of the bumper work with or without the bull bar; LP6 lights are also supported in the dedicated mounting locations.
Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.
