Overview

Key to this bumper is its unique center-and-tube design: a 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel center with 3/8" mounting plates and a 1/4" winch mounting plate, paired with.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubes. The result is a strong, functional bumper that accommodates a winch, multiple fog-light configurations, and up to a 30" single-row light bar, all while maintaining a lighter overall profile than traditional full-steel designs.

Winch & Lighting Compatibility

• Fits most winches in the 8k–12k lbs range; relocation of the electrical control box is recommended
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit
• Recommended winches with synthetic rope and hawse-style fairlead for best fitment
• Pre-drilled to mount LP9 or LP6 lights on top of the bumper in front of the grille; LP9 lights work with full-height bull bar and without a bull bar
• Designed for 30" single-row light bars (specifically Baja Designs S8); Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series will fit
• Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate

Lighting & Skid Compatibility

• 30" single-row light-bar compatibility, with dedicated mounting provisions for Baja Designs S8
• Pre-drilled for LP9/LP6 lighting on top of the bumper for grille-forward illumination
• Bumper works with TRD Pro skid and aftermarket skid plates for added undercarriage protection

Fitment Notes

• Full-height bull bar is compatible with TSS in TRD Pro grilles only; on regular grilles, it will block the TSS sensor
• Mid-height bull bar works with TSS on all models
• Direct bolt-on; no cutting required unless the chosen options necessitate trimming for certain winches
