C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper / 2nd Gen / 2014-2021

The C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper for 2014–2021 Toyota Tundra (2nd Gen) blends a plate-steel center with round side tubes to deliver a lighter, capable front end that doesn’t compromise winch and lighting versatility. Designed to enhance approach angles and accommodate larger tires, this bolt-on bumper supports a winch, multiple lighting configurations, and a dedicated 30" light-bar setup for serious off-road use.

Design & Construction

• Center portion: 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 3/8" thick mounting plates and a 1/4" winch mounting plate.
• Tube portions:.120" wall, 1-3/4" diameter HREW tubing.
• D-Ring tabs: 3/4" thick, standard on every bumper and fully welded front and back.
• Overall weight: 150 lbs without the bull bar; 165 lbs with the full-height bull bar.
• Mounting: direct bolt-on application with no cutting or modifications required.
• Finish option: if you don’t select the powder-coated option, painting or powder coating is recommended to prevent rust.

Winch, Lighting & Mounting Options

• Winch compatibility: fits most winches 8k–12k; relocation of the electrical control box is recommended. Winches with integrated control boxes may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit.
• Lighting versatility: pre-drilled for a pair of LP9 or LP6 lights to mount on top of the bumper in front of the grille.
• Light-bar compatibility: designed for 30" single-row light bars (specifically designed for Baja Designs S8); will also fit Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series.
• LP9 lighting note: LP9 lights will work with the full-height bull bar as well as with no bull bar.
• Integrated options: Works with TRD Pro skid and aftermarket skids.

Bull Bar & TSS Compatibility

• Full-height bull bar compatibility: works with TSS in TRD Pro grilles only; will block the TSS sensor on regular grilles.
• Mid-height bull bar compatibility: works with TSS on all models.

• This bumper is a direct bolt-on application—no cutting or modifications required.
