C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper / 2nd Gen / 2014-2021

Designed for the 2014–2021 Toyota Tundra, the C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper blends a plate-steel center with round-tube sides for a lighter, modern look that doesn’t compromise capability. It provides winch mounting, flexible lighting options, and improved approach angles to help conquer tougher trails and clearer tire clearance.

Rugged Construction with Thoughtful Detailing

• Center portion: 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 3/8" thick mounting plates and a 1/4" winch mounting plate.
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs, fully welded front and back.
• Tube portions:.120" wall, 1-3/4" diameter HREW tubing.

Winch, Lighting and Accessory Readiness

• Fits most winches in the 8,000–12,000 lb range; relocation of the electrical control box is recommended for best fitment.
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit.
• Common fits include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series; synthetic rope with a hawse fairlead is recommended for optimal setup.
• Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.

Lighting and Light Bar Compatibility

• Designed to accommodate a 30" single-row light bar; specifically designed for Baja Designs S8 light bar.
• Also compatible with Extreme LED 30" 5D light bar and RIGID 30" SR series.
• Pre-drilled for a pair of LP9 or LP6 lights to mount on top of the bumper in front of the grille; LP9 lights work with the full-height bull bar as well as no bull bar.

Grille Interaction and Bull Bar Options

• Full-height bull bar works with TSS in TRD Pro grilles only; bull bar will block the TSS sensor on regular grilles.
• Mid-height bull bar works with TSS on all models.
• Bumper is designed to fit TRD Pro skid and aftermarket skids.

Installation, Maintenance, and Fitment Notes

• Direct bolt-on application with no cutting or modifications required.
• Unless you choose the powder-coated option, this bumper will need painting or powder coating to prevent rust after installation.
