The C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper for 2014–2021 Toyota Tundra (2nd Gen) combines a plate-steel center with round tube sides to deliver a lighter, more modern look without sacrificing capability. It’s designed for Tundra owners who want a versatile, winch-capable bumper that accommodates multiple lighting options, improves approach angles, and makes room for larger tires.

Design & Construction

• Center portion: 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 3/8" thick mounting plates and a 1/4" winch mounting plate.
• Tubes:.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing for added protection with a lighter visual profile.
• D‑Ring tabs: 3/4" thick, standard on every bumper and fully welded front and back for strength.
• Weight: 150 lbs without the bull bar, 165 lbs with the full-height bull bar.
• Finish & installation: direct bolt-on design with no cutting or modifications required (subject to finish options).
• Finish option: if you don’t choose the powder-coated option, the bumper will need painting or powder coating before installation to prevent rust.

Lighting, Winch & Accessory Compatibility

• Pre-drilled for a pair of LP9 or LP6 lights to mount on top of the bumper in front of the grille. LP9s work with the full-height bull bar as well as without a bull bar.
• 30" single-row light bar compatibility, specifically designed for Baja Designs S8 light bars; extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series will also fit.
• Winch compatibility: fits most 8k–12k winches. To ensure proper electrical fitment, relocation of the control box is recommended; integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit. Synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead are recommended for best results.
• Mid-height bull bar works with TSS on all models; full-height bull bar will work with TSS only in TRD Pro grilles and will block the TSS sensor on regular grilles.

Fitment & Vehicle Compatibility
