Description

The C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper is a purpose-built upgrade for 2014–2021 Toyota Tundra (2nd Gen). It blends a plate-steel center with round tube ends to achieve a lighter look while preserving winch capability, versatile lighting options, and improved approach angles for tackling tougher trails.

Construction and materials

Center portion: 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 3/8" mounting plates and a 1/4" winch mounting plate
Tubes:.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing
3/4" thick D-Ring tabs, fully welded front and back
Weight: 150 lbs without bull bar; 165 lbs with full-height bull bar

Winch compatibility and electrical considerations

Fits most 8k–12k winches; relocation of the electrical control box is recommended for many setups
Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit
Common compatibles: ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series
For best fitment, use synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate

Lighting, mounting, and access

Pre-drilled for a pair of LP9 or LP6 lights to mount on top of the bumper in front of the grille
LP9 lights accommodate the full-height bull bar as well as no bull bar
Designed to fit 30" single-row light bars (specifically Baja Designs S8); also compatible with Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series

Grille compatibility, bull bars, and sensors

Full-height bull bar works with TSS in TRD Pro grilles only; will block TSS sensor on regular grilles
Mid-height bull bar works with TSS on all models
