Introduction

The C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper for 2014–2021 2nd Gen Toyota Tundra blends a plate-steel center with round tube ends to deliver a lighter, more capable front end. It’s designed to accommodate a winch, a 30" light bar, and versatile fog-light configurations while improving approach angles and tire clearance for off-road adventures.

Design and Construction

• Center portion built from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 3/8" thick mounting plates and a 1/4" winch mounting plate.
• Tube portions use.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing for a strong, lightweight look.
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs are standard on every bumper and are fully welded front and back.
• Designed to provide more clearance for improved approach angles and easier fitment of larger tires.
• Weight: 150 lbs without the bull bar, 165 lbs with the full-height bull bar.
• Direct bolt-on installation with no cutting or modifications required.
• Specifically designed to fit 30" single-row light bars (Baja Designs S8 is explicitly supported); Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series will also fit.

Winch, Lighting and Accessories

• Fits most winches 8k–12k; relocation of the electrical control box is recommended, and integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit.
• Common compatible winches include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series.
• Pre-drilled to mount a pair of LP9 or LP6 lights on top of the bumper in front of the grille; LP9 lights are compatible with the full-height bull bar or with no bull bar.
• Winch setup guidance: synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead is recommended for best fitment; some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate.
• TRD Pro skid compatibility: bumper works with TRD Pro skid and aftermarket skids.
• Bull bar options influence sensor compatibility: full-height bull bar works with TSS in TRD Pro grilles only and will block the TSS sensor on regular grilles; mid-height bull bar works with TSS on all models.

Fitment and Compatibility

• Designed for Tundra models with standard-width fenders (not compatible with fiberglass wide fenders). If you have wide fiberglass fenders, view the alternative bumper listing.

Finish, Installation and Care

• Prior to installation, the bumper should be painted or powder coated unless you choose our powder-coated option to prevent rust.
• This bumper is a direct bolt-on application with no cutting or modifications required, ensuring a straightforward install.
