Description

The C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper is a purpose-built upgrade for 2nd-gen Toyota Tundra trucks. Designed for the 2007-2013 Tundra model line, this bumper blends a plate steel center with round tube sides to deliver a lighter look while enabling winch mounting, an LED light bar, and flexible fog-light configurations. It improves approach angles and creates room for larger tires, giving your truck a capable, aggressive stance.

Construction & Materials

Center portion crafted from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 3/8" thick mounting plates
1/4" winch mounting plate for strong, secure installation
3/4" thick D-Ring tabs, fully welded front and back
Tube portions use.120" wall, 1-3/4" diameter HREW tubing
Weight: 150 lbs without bull bar; 175 lbs with full-height bull bar
Designed to accept a 30" single-row light bar (specifically Baja Designs S8) and popular 30" light bars from Extreme LED and RIGID
Pre-drilled to mount a pair of LP9 or LP6 lights on top of the bumper in front of the grille
Note: Unless powder coated, the bumper should be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust

Winch, Lighting & Mounting Options

Fits most winches in the 8,000–12,000 lb class
Winches with relocated electrical control boxes are recommended
Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit
Common compatible winches include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series
For best fit and reliability, use synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead
Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper
Designed to work with TRD Pro skid and aftermarket skid plates

We recommend using winches with synthetic rope and a hawse style fairlead for the best fitment and functionality. Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.

Bumper is designed to fit 30″ single row light bars (specifically designed for Baja Designs S8 light bar). Extreme LED 30″ 5D light bar and RIGID 30″ SR series
will also fit.
Bumper comes pre-drilled for a pair of LP9 or LP6 lights to mount on top of the bumper in front of the grille. The LP9 lights will work with the full-height bull bar as well as no bull bar.
