C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper / 2nd gen / 2007-2013

The C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper for the 2007–2013 2nd-gen Tundra combines a laser-cut steel center with rounded tube ends to deliver a lighter, more capable front end. It enables winch mounting, multiple lighting configurations in the tube area, and improved clearance for better approach angles and larger tires.

• Center portion: 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 3/8" thick mounting plates and a 1/4" winch mounting plate
• Tubes:.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing
• D-Ring tabs: 3/4" thick, fully welded front and back
• Winch compatibility: fits most 8k–12k winches; relocation of the electrical control box is recommended; integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets
• Common winches that fit: ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, VR series
• Lighting options: pre-drilled for a pair of LP9 or LP6 lights on top of the bumper; designed for 30" single-row light bars (Baja Designs S8, Extreme LED 30" 5D, RIGID 30" SR series)

Lighting, winching, and mounting details

The bumper is designed to support a winch in the 8k–12k range and provides a recessed fairlead mounting area. It accommodates multiple lighting configurations in the side tubes and on the top surface, with pre-drilled mounting points for LP9 or LP6 lights and room for a 30" single-row light bar. When using integrated control box winches, some installations may require grille bracket trimming to fit properly.

Compatibility and fit notes

Designed for the 2007–2013 Toyota Tundra (2nd generation). Compatible winches include popular models that relocate the control box, and some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate. This bumper is intended to improve approach angles and clearances for larger tires while providing robust recovery points via 3/4" D-Ring tabs.

Finish options and care

Choose the powder-coated finish for maximum corrosion resistance. If a powder coat option isn’t selected, the bumper must be painted or coated before installation to prevent rust.
