Description

The 2007–2013 C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper for 2nd gen Tundra blends a plate-steel center with rounded side tubes to deliver a lighter, more muscular look while preserving heavy-duty functionality. It enables winch mounting, multiple lighting configurations, and improved approach angles to accommodate larger tires—all in a rugged, ready-to-travel package.

Construction & key features

Center portion: 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 3/8" thick mounting plates and a 1/4" winch mounting plate
Tube sections:.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing
3/4" thick D-Ring tabs standard, fully welded front and back
Weight: 150 lbs without a bull bar; 175 lbs with a full-height bull bar
Pre-drilled for a pair of LP9 or LP6 lights mounted on top of the bumper in front of the grille

Winch, lighting & compatibility

Winch compatibility: fits most winches 8k–12k; relocation of the electrical control box is recommended
Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit
Common winches that fit: ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series
Best-light-bar fitment: designed for a 30" single-row light bar (specifically Baja Designs S8); also compatible with Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series
Fairlead considerations: recommends synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead plate
Skid compatibility: works with TRD Pro skid and aftermarket skids

Finish, installation & care

Finish option: optional powder coating; if not chosen, painting or powder coating is required before installation to prevent rust

We recommend using winches with synthetic rope and a hawse style fairlead for the best fitment and functionality. Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.
