Description

The C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper for the 2007–2013 2nd gen Tundra blends a rugged plate-steel center with round tube sides to deliver a lighter, performance-focused front end. It’s engineered for drivers who want winch capability, flexible lighting options, and improved approach angles without sacrificing torque for larger tires.

Construction & key specs

Center portion: 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 3/8" thick mounting plates and a 1/4" winch mounting plate
2-piece design with 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs, fully welded front and back
Tube sections:.120" wall, 1-3/4" diameter HREW tubing
Pre-drilled for a pair of LP9 or LP6 lights to mount on top of the bumper in front of the grille
Weight: 150 lbs without bull bar, 175 lbs with full-height bull bar
Finish: painted or powder-coated finish recommended to prevent rust unless you choose our powder coated option

Winch compatibility & install notes

Fits most winches in the 8k–12k class
Winches with the ability to relocate the electrical control box are recommended
Integrated control box winches may require some trimming of the grille support brackets to fit
Common compatible winches include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series
For best fitment, we recommend synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate

Lighting & light bar compatibility

Designed to accommodate a 30" single-row light bar (specifically designed for Baja Designs S8)
Also compatible with Extreme LED 30" 5D light bar and RIGID 30" SR series
