Description

The C4 Fabrication 2007-2013 Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper is a purpose-built upgrade for 2nd-gen Toyota Tundra owners who want a lighter, more capable front-end. It combines a plate-steel center with rounded tube sections to support a winch, LED light bar, and flexible fog-light configurations in the tubes, while delivering improved approach angles and room for larger tires.

Construction and Design

Center portion: 3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel with 3/8″ mounting plates and a 1/4″ winch mounting plate
D-Ring tabs: 3/4″ thick, standard, fully welded front and back
Tube portions:.120 wall, 1 3/4″ diameter HREW tubing

Winch Compatibility and Electrical

Fits most winches in the 8k–12k range
Winches with the ability to relocate the electrical control box are recommended
Integrated control box winches may require trimming of the grille support brackets to fit
Common fitments include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series
Recommendation: use synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead for optimal fitment and functionality
Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper

Lighting and Fog Options

Designed to accommodate a 30″ single-row light bar (specifically Baja Designs S8)
Also compatible with Extreme LED 30″ 5D light bars and RIGID 30″ SR series
Pre-drilled to mount a pair of LP9 or LP6 lights on top in front of the grille; LP9 lights work with the full-height bull bar or without a bull bar

Compatibility with Skids and Overall Fit
