Introduction

Introducing the C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper for the 2007–2013 Toyota Tundra (2nd gen). This bumper blends a plate-steel center with round tube sides to deliver a lighter, aggressive look while unlocking winch mounting, 30" light-bar compatibility, and flexible fog-light configurations in the tube area. It’s engineered for off-road enthusiasts who want greater tire clearance and improved approach angles without sacrificing mounting versatility.

Construction & Design

Center portion: 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 3/8" mounting plates and a 1/4" winch mounting plate
3/4" thick D-Ring tabs, fully welded front and back
Tubes:.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing
Weight: 150 lbs without bull bar; 175 lbs with full-height bull bar

Winch, Electrical & Mounting

Fits most 8k–12k winches; relocation of the electrical control box is recommended
Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit
Common winches that fit: ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon and VR series
Recommendation: use winches with synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead for optimal fit and function
Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper

Lighting, Mounting & Compatibility

Pre-drilled for a pair of LP9 or LP6 lights to mount on top of the bumper in front of the grille
Designed to accommodate a 30" single-row light bar (specifically designed for Baja Designs S8)
Also compatible with Extreme LED 30" 5D light bar and RIGID 30" SR series
LP9 lighting configurations are compatible with either full-height bull bar or no bull bar

Fitment, Clearance & Skid Compatibility
