C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper / 2nd gen / 2007-2013

Designed for the 2007–2013 Toyota Tundra (2nd gen), the C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper blends a plate-steel center with rounded tube sides for a lighter, aggressive look that doesn’t sacrifice capability. It’s built for off-road enthusiasts who want winch mounting, flexible lighting options, and improved approach angles to tackle tougher terrain.

Construction & mounting details

• Center portion: 3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel with 3/8″ thick mounting plates and a 1/4″ winch mounting plate.
• D‑Ring tabs: 3/4″ thick, fully welded front and back on every bumper.
• Tubing:.120″ wall, 1 3/4″ diameter HREW tubing on the side sections.
• Weight: 150 lbs without bull bar, 175 lbs with full-height bull bar.
• Winch compatibility: fits most 8k–12k winches; relocation of the electrical control box is recommended for some installations; integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit.

Winch & lighting compatibility

• Common winches that fit: ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series.
• Recommended: use a synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead for optimal fitment; some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate.
• Pre-drilled for a pair of LP9 or LP6 lights to mount on top of the bumper in front of the grille; LP9s work with both full-height bull bars and no bull bar.

Light bar and accessory fitment

• Designed to accommodate a 30″ single-row light bar (specifically Baja Designs S8).
• Also compatible with Extreme LED 30″ 5D and RIGID 30″ SR-series light bars.

Additional compatibility & installation notes

• Works with TRD Pro skid and aftermarket skids.
• If you have fiberglass wide fenders, this bumper is not recommended—shop the bumper listing designed for that configuration.
• Finish note: unless you choose a powder-coated option, the bumper will require painting or powder coating to prevent rust.
