The C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper is engineered for 2007–2013 Toyota Tundra (2nd gen) owners who want a lighter-looking, highly capable bumper that doesn’t compromise on winch mounting or lighting options. It blends a plate-steel center with round tube ends to maximize clearance, improve approach angles, and accommodate larger tires while offering flexible lighting and accessory configurations.
Construction & Materials
- Center portion crafted from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 3/8" mounting plates.
- 1/4" winch mounting plate for secure winch installation.
- 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs, fully welded front and back, for rugged recovery capability.
- Tube portions use.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing for added strength and a lighter profile.
- Designed to work with a variety of winches (see compatibility below) and to fit with TRD Pro skid and aftermarket skid plates.
Winch Compatibility & Mounting
- Supports most winches in the 8k–12k range.
- Relocatable control box is recommended for certain installations; integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit.
- Common winches that fit include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series.
- Use synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead for best fitment and operation; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate.
Lighting & Light Bar Compatibility
- Pre-drilled to mount a pair of LP9 or LP6 lights on top of the bumper, in front of the grille (LP9 lights compatible with full-height bull bar or without a bull bar).
- Specifically designed to accommodate a 30" single-row light bar (Baja Designs S8 is a noted option).
- Also compatible with Extreme LED 30" 5D light bars and RIGID 30" SR series.
Fitment, Off-Road Capability & Accessories
- Offers increased clearance for better approach angles and easier mounting of larger tires.
- Works with TRD Pro skid and aftermarket skid platforms for integrated protection.
- Light-bar-ready design and compatible with a variety of lighting configurations to suit different terrains and needs.
Weight, Finish & Installation
Weight is approximately 150 lbs without the bull bar and 175 lbs with the full-height bull bar, reflecting a strong yet more compact design compared to traditional full-width bumpers. Unless you select a powder-coated option, this bumper will require painting or powder coating prior to installation to prevent rust.
Important Fit Notes
If you have fiberglass wide fenders, please shop this bumper listing instead to ensure proper fitment and clearance.
