Designed for the 2007–2013 Toyota Tundra (2nd gen), the C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper blends a plate-steel center with round tube on the sides for a lighter, yet incredibly capable front end. It’s built for off-road enthusiasts who want winch capability, versatile lighting options, and improved approach angles to tackle tougher terrain while accommodating larger tires.

Core Construction & Mounting

• Center portion: 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 3/8" thick mounting plates and a 1/4" winch mounting plate.
• Side tubes:.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing for a balanced, rugged look with added strength.
• Standard hardware: 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs welded front and back on every bumper for reliable recovery points.
• Weight: 150 lbs without bull bar; 175 lbs with full-height bull bar.
• Pre-fit provisions for lighting: bumper is pre-drilled to mount LP9 or LP6 lights over the grille area.

Winch & Lighting Compatibility

• Winch compatibility: Fits most 8k–12k capacity winches; recommended for winches that relocate the electrical control box.
• Control box considerations: Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit.
