C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper / 2nd gen / 2007-2013

The C4 Fabrication Tundra Hybrid Front Bumper for 2007–2013 Toyota Tundra (2nd gen) blends a plate-steel center with rounded side tubes to deliver a lighter, more capable front end. It’s built for off-road enthusiasts who want winch capability, flexible lighting options, and better clearance for larger tires.

Design and Construction

The center portion is 3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel with 3/8″ thick mounting plates and a 1/4″ winch mounting plate. Tube portions are.120″ wall, 1 3/4″ diameter HREW tubing. 3/4″ thick D-Ring tabs are standard on every bumper and come fully welded front and back. The bumper weighs 150 lbs without the bull bar and 175 lbs with the full-height bull bar.

Winch, Lighting and Accessory Compatibility

• Fits most winches 8k–12k in size. Winches with the ability to relocate the electrical control box are recommended; integrated control box winches may require some trimming of the grille support brackets to fit. (Common compatible winches include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series.)
• Pre-drilled to mount a pair of LP9 or LP6 lights on top of the bumper in front of the grille. LP9 lights will work with either the full-height bull bar or no bull bar.
• Specifically designed to accommodate a 30″ single-row light bar in front of the grille, with compatibility noted for Baja Designs S8 30″, Extreme LED 30″ 5D, and RIGID 30″ SR series.
• For best fitment, use synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead; some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.
• Works with TRD Pro skid and aftermarket skids.

Fitment, Weight and Finish

• Designed to fit 2007–2013 2nd-gen Tundra and accommodate larger tires with improved approach angles.
• Powder coating is optional. If you do not choose the powder-coated option, the bumper will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.
