C4 Fabrication Tacoma Rock Runner Front Bumper / 3rd Gen / 2016-2023

Designed for the 3rd-gen Toyota Tacoma (2016–2023), the C4 Fabrication Tacoma Rock Runner Front Bumper delivers serious off-road protection with modular, bolt-on versatility. Built for rock crawling and rugged trail adventures, its robust 11ga laser-cut steel construction and integrated winch capabilities set a new standard for front-end armor—while still requiring careful installation and fitment adjustments.

Fitment & Installation

• Designed for 3rd Gen Toyota Tacoma (2016–2023).
• Requires cutting of the plastic bumper to install Cross Member Delete & Rock Runner Front Skid.
• Rock Runner Front Skid requires cutting out the factory cross member.
• Bull bar is NOT compatible with Toyota Safety Sense.

Construction & Design

• Modular 3-piece design with bolt-on wings for flexible installation and stance customization.
• Frame Support Brackets included with bumper for solid mounting support.
• 3/4″ thick D-ring tabs, welded on both front and back for reliable recovery points.
• Made from 11ga laser-cut P&O steel with 3/16" thick mounting plates and a dedicated winch plate.
• Bumpers ship with a winch cover plate and a bridge skid that connects to current skid plates and the factory cross member.
• Front Skid Plate kit includes a replacement cross member and a power steering relocation kit.
• Cutouts in the front of the bumper provide access to winch lever operation.

Finish, Coating & Maintenance

• If you do not select the powder-coated option, the bumper will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.

Winch Compatibility & Add-Ons

• Fits most winches in the 8k–12k range.
• Winches with the ability to relocate the control box are recommended.
• Confirmed fitment on Smittybilt X20 & Warn VR series.
• Recommended setup: synthetic rope winches and Hawse-style fairleads for optimal function.
