The C4 Fabrication Tacoma Rock Runner Front Bumper is a rugged, winch-ready upgrade designed for 2005–2015 Toyota Tacoma 2nd Gen pickups. Rugged construction and thoughtful design

• 11ga laser-cut P&O steel construction with 3/16" thick mounting plates and a dedicated winch plate for solid mounting.
• 3-piece modular design with bolt-on wings for straightforward installation and customization.
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs fully welded front and back for reliable recovery points.
• Weight: Front w/ Plate Sides 85 lbs; Front w/ Tube Sides 85 lbs; Bull bar adds 5 lbs.
• Includes frame support brackets with bumper for enhanced rigidity and mounting stability.

Winch compatibility and practical fit

• Designed to accommodate most 8,000–10,000 lb winches.
• Relocation of the electrical control box is recommended; integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit.
• Common fits include Smittybilt X20 and Warn VR series; synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead is advised for best fitment and function.
• Cutouts in front of the bumper provide easy access to the winch lever; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate.
• Winch cover plate and bridge skid ship with the bumper to connect with existing skid plates and factory cross member.

Cross member delete option

If you select the cross member delete option, you will be required to cut out the factory cross member and replace it with C4 Fabrication’s cross member. If chosen, you will receive a replacement cross member, rock runner front skid plate, and a power steering relocation kit. This option is designed to maximize clearance and protection while maintaining compatibility with the Rock Runner design.

Finish, rust protection, and care

Unless you choose the powder-coated option, this bumper will require painting or powder coating before installation to prevent rust and corrosion. Note: the bull bar is not compatible with Toyota Safety Sense.

• Front bumper ships with a winch cover plate and a bridge skid that integrates with current skid plates and the factory cross member.
• Additional Front Bumper Frame Support Brackets are included with all 2nd Gen Tacoma Rock Runner front bumpers (a $177 value).
• Fits most winches in the 8k–10k range; relocation of the electrical control box is often beneficial for clearance and wiring routing.
