• Modular, 3-piece design with bolt-on wings for flexible fit and easier installation.
• 11ga laser-cut P&O steel construction with 3/16" thick mounting plates and winch plate for added rigidity.
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs fully welded front and back for dependable recovery points.
• Ships with winch cover plate and bridge skid that connect to existing skid plates and factory cross member.
• Includes frame support brackets; additional front bumper frame support brackets are included with all 2nd Gen Tacoma Rock Runner bumpers.
• Bull bar adds 5 lbs; cross member delete option available with specific components and compatibility notes.

• Winch compatibility: Fits most 8k–10k lb winches; relocation of the electrical control box is recommended for some setups.
• Winch types: Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit; Smittybilt X20 and Warn VR series are common fits.
• Rope & fairlead guidance: Use synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead for best fit and performance; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead plate.
• Access: Cutouts in front of bumper provide winch lever access.

Construction & Finish

• Material: 11ga laser-cut P&O steel with 3/16" thick mounting plates and winch plate.
• Recovery points: 3/4" thick D-ring tabs fully welded front and back.
• Finish option: Unless you choose the powder-coated option, the bumper will need painting or powder coating prior to installation to prevent rust.
• Not compatible with Toyota Safety Sense when equipped with the bull bar.

Cross Member Delete Option

• If you select cross member delete you will be required to cut out the factory cross member and replace it with ours.
• Included with the cross member delete option: a replacement cross member, rock runner front skid plate, and a power steering relocation kit.
• Note: Cross member delete/skid information is provided to assist with installation.
