The C4 Fabrication Tacoma Rock Runner Front Bumper is a purpose-built upgrade for 2nd Gen Tacomas (2005–2015). Built for off-road enthusiasts who want robust protection, versatile winching capability, and a modular, bolt-on design that adapts to different setups on the trail.

• Modular, 3-piece design with bolt-on wings for flexible configuration.
• 11ga laser-cut P&O steel construction with 3/16" thick mounting plates and a dedicated winch plate.
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs are fully welded on front and back as standard.
• Front bumper frame support brackets included; additional front bumper frame support brackets included with all 2nd Gen Tacoma Rock Runner bumpers (valued at $177).
• Ships with a winch cover plate and bridge skid that connects to current skid plates and factory cross member.
• Designed to fit most winches rated 8,000–10,000 lbs; relocation of the electrical control box is recommended for some installations.
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate.
• Cutouts in front of bumper provide winch lever access.
• Bull bar adds 5 lbs; not compatible with Toyota Safety Sense.
• Options include a cross member delete; if selected, you must cut out the factory cross member and replace it with our cross member. If you choose cross member delete, you will receive a replacement cross member, rock runner front skid plate, and power steering relocation kit.
• Bumper is fabricated from 11ga steel; powder coating is optional—without it, painting or powder coating before installation is needed to prevent rust.

Cross Member Delete option

If you select cross member delete, you will be required to cut out the factory cross member and replace it with ours. If you opt for the cross member delete, you will receive a replacement cross member, rock runner front skid plate, and power steering relocation kit. This modification affects how the bumper interfaces with the vehicle’s frame and skid system, so please review the sizing and compatibility for your build.

Compatibility & Installation Notes

• Recommended to use synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead for best fit and function; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed mounting plate.

• Unless you opt for the powder-coated option, the bumper will need painting or powder coating to prevent rust.
