Key Design and Construction

• Modular, 3-piece design with bolt-on wings for versatile configurations
• 11ga laser-cut P&O steel bumper core with 3/16" thick mounting plates and winch plate
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs fully welded front and back as standard
• Front weights: 85 lbs with plate sides or 85 lbs with tube sides; bull bar adds 5 lbs
• Ships with a winch cover plate and a bridge skid that integrates with current skid plates and the factory cross member
• Includes additional Front Bumper Frame Support Brackets for all 2nd Gen Tacoma Rock Runner bumpers

Cross Member Delete Option

If you choose cross member delete, you will be required to cut out the factory cross member and replace it with ours. If selected, you will receive a replacement cross member, rock runner front skid plate, and a power steering relocation kit.

Winch Compatibility and Installation

• Fits most winches in the 8,000–10,000 lb range
• Recommended to relocate the electrical control box for optimal compatibility
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit
• Common compatible winches include Smittybilt X20 and Warn VR series
• Use winches with synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead for best fit and function
• Some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate
• Front bumper cutouts provide access to the winch lever

Material, Finish, and Durability

• Constructed from 11ga laser-cut P&O steel with 3/16" mounting plates and winch plate
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs are fully welded for maximum strength
• Bull bar adds 5 lbs to overall weight
• Powder coated option available; if not chosen, the bumper should be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust
