• Material and construction: 11ga laser-cut P&O steel with 3/16" thick mounting plates and winch plate; 3/4" thick D-ring tabs fully welded front and back.
• Weight and balance: Front w/ Plate Sides 85 lbs; Front w/ Tube Sides 85 lbs; Bull bar adds 5 lbs.
• Modular, 3-piece design: bolt-on wings for flexible setup; ships with winch cover plate and bridge skid that connect to current skid plates and factory cross member.
• Frame support brackets: Additional Front Bumper Frame Support Brackets included with all 2nd Gen Tacoma Rock Runner front bumpers (value: $177).
• Winch compatibility: Fits most 8k–10k winches; relocation of the electrical control box is recommended; integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit; popular options include Smittybilt X20 and Warn VR series; use synthetic rope and hawse-style fairlead for best fit; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate; front bumper cutouts provide winch lever access.
• Cross member delete option: If you select cross member delete, you will need to cut out the factory cross member and replace it with ours; you will receive a replacement cross member, rock runner front skid plate, and power steering relocation kit. • Protection and finish: Bull bar is not compatible with Toyota Safety Sense; unless you choose the powder-coated option, the bumper will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.
