Heavy-Duty construction and materials

• 11 ga laser-cut P&O steel construction with 3/16" thick mounting plates and a dedicated winch plate
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs, fully welded front and back, for reliable recovery points
• Modular, 3-piece design with bolt-on wings for flexible install and tuning
• Includes winch cover plate and bridge skid that connects to your existing skid plates and factory cross member

Cross member delete option

If you choose the cross member delete, you will be required to cut out the factory cross member and replace it with ours. If selected, you’ll receive a replacement cross member, rock runner front skid plate, and a power steering relocation kit.

Winch compatibility and setup

• Fits most winches in the 8,000–10,000 lb range
• Recommended to relocate the electrical control box on winches that allow it
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit
• Satisfying compatibility with popular models like Smittybilt X20 and Warn VR series
• Suggest using synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead for optimal fit and function
• Some roller fairleads may be too large for the bumper’s recessed fairlead plate
• Front bumper cutouts provide lever access for winches

Weight, finish, and fitment notes

• Weight: Front with plate sides is 85 lbs; Front with tube sides is 85 lbs
• Bull bar adds 5 lbs
• Frame support brackets are included with all 2nd Gen Tacoma Rock Runner front bumpers (additional value)
• Bull bar is not compatible with Toyota Safety Sense
• Due to rust prevention, painting or powder coating is recommended unless you select the powder-coated option
