Core Details

• Construction: 11ga laser-cut P&O steel with 3/16" thick mounting plates and winch plate
• Modular 3-piece design with bolt-on wings for flexible installation and customization
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs, fully welded front and back
• Includes winch cover plate and bridge skid that connects to existing skid plates and factory cross member
• Frame support brackets included with this bumper (2nd Gen Tacoma) – extra support value
• Bull bar adds 5 lbs; not compatible with Toyota Safety Sense
• Optional cross member delete adds a replacement cross member, rock runner front skid plate, and power steering relocation kit
• Paint or powder coat recommended unless you select the powder-coated option to prevent rust

If you select cross member delete, you will be required to cut out the factory cross member and replace it with ours. The option includes:

Winch Compatibility & Electrical

• Fits most winches in the 8,000–10,000 lb range
• Winches with the ability to relocate the electrical control box are recommended
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit
• Common compatible models include Smittybilt X20 and Warn VR series
• For best fitment, use a synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead
• Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper
• Cutouts in front of the bumper provide access to the winch lever

Warranty, Finish & Care

• Finish guidance: unless chosen with powder coating, coating or painting is recommended to prevent rust
