Overview

The C4 Fabrication Tacoma Rock Runner Front Bumper is designed for the 2nd Gen Toyota Tacoma (2005–2015) seeking rugged front-end protection with versatile winch compatibility. Built as a modular, bolt-on system, it delivers serious off-road robustness without sacrificing access to essential components or upgrades that matter on the trail.

Cross Member Delete Option

• If you select cross member delete, you’ll cut out the factory cross member and replace it with ours.
• Choosing this option includes a replacement cross member, rock runner front skid plate, and a power steering relocation kit.

Winch Compatibility & Access

• Fits most 8,000–10,000 lb winches.
• Recommends winches capable of relocating the electrical control box; integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit.
• Popular fits include Smittybilt X20 and Warn VR series.
• For best fitment, use a synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate.
• Cutouts in front of the bumper provide winch lever access.

Construction & Durability

• Manufactured from 11ga laser-cut P&O steel with 3/16" thick mounting plates and winch plate.
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs are fully welded to the bumper, front and back.
• Modular, 3-piece design with bolt-on wings for flexible installation and clearances.
• Included winch cover plate and bridge skid connect to existing skid plates and factory cross member.

Finish, Painting & Maintenance

Unless you select the powder-coated option, this bumper will require painting or powder coating to prevent rust and maintain surface protection in harsh environments.
