• Modular 3-piece design with bolt-on wings for flexible installation and customization.
• 11ga laser-cut P&O steel construction with 3/16" thick mounting plates and winch plate for maximum strength and rigidity.
• 3/4" thick, fully welded D-ring tabs on the front and back for reliable recovery points.
• Bumpers ship with a winch cover plate and a bridge skid that connects to current skid plates and the factory cross member.

• Fits most winches in the 8k–10k range; winches with relocation capability for the electrical control box are recommended.
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate.
• Cutouts in front of the bumper provide winch lever access for convenient operation.
• Winch compatibility notes: Smittybilt X20 and Warn VR series are common fits; synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead is recommended for best fit and function.
• Materials: 11ga steel with 3/16" mounting plates and winch plate; 3/4" D-ring tabs welded front and back.
• Bull bar is not compatible with Toyota Safety Sense.
• Finish option: If you don’t choose the powder-coated option, the bumper will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.

Cross Member Delete Option

If you select cross member delete, you will be required to cut out the factory cross member and replace it with ours. Cross member delete/skid information is available with this option. If you opt for the cross member delete, you will receive a replacement cross member, rock runner front skid plate, and power steering relocation kit.

Construction & Durability

• Built from 11ga laser-cut P&O steel with reinforced mounting plates and a purpose-built winch plate for secure mounting.
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs are fully welded on both sides for dependable recovery points on rugged terrain.
• Bridge skid and winch cover plate are designed to integrate with existing skid systems and the factory cross member for cohesive protection.

Compatibility & Installation Notes

• Designed to fit Toyota Tacomas in the 2005–2015 2nd Gen range; compatible with most 8k–10k winches.
• Winches that relocate the electrical control box are recommended; integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit.
• Some winch fairlead configurations (roller fairleads) may be too large for the bumper’s recessed fairlead mounting plate.
• Cutouts in the bumper provide easy access to the winch lever.

Finish & Maintenance

• Powder-coated option available; if not selected, the bumper should be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.
