The C4 Fabrication Tacoma Rock Runner Front Bumper is engineered for 2nd Gen Toyota Tacomas (2005–2015) who crave rugged front-end protection, serious off-road capability, and a modular, bolt-on design. Build-ready for winch compatibility and a clean, customizable fit, it’s ideal for adventurers who want to upgrade protection without sacrificing accessibility or performance.

• 11ga laser-cut P&O steel construction with 3/16" thick mounting plates and winch plate for a robust, durable front end.
• 3/4" thick D-ring tabs, fully welded front and back, for reliable recovery points.
• Modular, 3-piece design with bolt-on wings for straightforward installation and flexible configuration.
• Includes frame support brackets with all 2nd Gen Rock Runner bumpers; additional brackets add rigidity and support on the frame.
• Weight. Front with Plate Sides: 85 lbs; Front with Tube Sides: 85 lbs. Bull bar adds 5 lbs.
• Ships with a winch cover plate and bridge skid that connects to existing skid plates and factory cross member.
• Cutouts in front of the bumper provide easy winch lever access.
• Bull bar is not compatible with Toyota Safety Sense.

Winch Compatibility & Installation

• Fits most winches in the 8,000–10,000 lb range; winches that relocate the electrical control box are recommended for best fit.
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit properly.
• Common fit examples include Smittybilt X20 and Warn VR series; a synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead is recommended for optimum performance.
• Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.

Cross Member Delete Option

• If you choose cross member delete, you must cut out the factory cross member and replace it with ours.
• Opting for cross member delete includes a replacement cross member, rock runner front skid plate, and a power steering relocation kit.

Finish, Rust Prevention & Maintenance

• Unless you select the powder-coated option, the bumper will require painting or powder coating before installation to prevent rust.
